Sales Manager (Owner)

In most cases, the sales manager will be the owner of the establishment. In the case that the owner owns several establishments, the owner will have an employee in this position. It is not necessary to have sales experience but highly recommended. It is not a pre-requisite to have experience in the industry but it would be beneficial for them to be able to understand the importance of marketing, promotion, and design. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, and some type of program where you can track progress of jobs such as Microsoft Project. The sales manager will be in charge of many aspects of the business. They include establishing goals and meeting sales quotas, making sure that they have materials in-stock, and lastly, verifying that every single vehicle that leaves the premises is done with the utmost quality. In the event that there is a customer complaint, they will need to adjust customers' complaints. It is vital that sales managers have strong abilities to organize and delegate to be able to run a smooth business. Although, sales managers are more involved with the first part of the wrap process, quoting, and not as much involved with the design, production, vehicle preparation and installation parts of the wrap process, they need to be familiar with them.

Graphic Designer

This person is able to use proficiently computer graphic art programs and knowledge of layout principles are necessary. Must know about style and size of type and can arrange material and copy into a layout. They are able to produce layouts and proofs for customers according to customer requests and sometimes supervisor requests. This person should be evaluated on past work experience and designs. The design is the base of the final product and the person filling this job description should be picked carefully. A graphic artists should be able to think of deadlines and can come up with a design for the matching company's image. They should be able to multi-task. They need to have the ability to work the plotter and printer. Organizational skills would help the fast past paced environment. No need to have a college degree but a plus. Installer/Wrapper

Must have experience in the industry and prior experience as an installer of vinyl lettering, decals, wide format digital prints and graphics. They must know the process of weeding, cutting and trimming of vinyl decals for application (require x-acto knives, scissors and paper cutters). Must be able to work from drawings and plans. Must be able to work with little supervision. Must be able to keep work area organized and clean. References are welcomed along with resume.
